Who we are

interSX is operated by ReapX Labs (ABN 34 630 260 594), Australia. You can reach us at support@intersx.com.

What we collect

When you create an account and use interSX, we collect:

• Account information — your email address, used for authentication via Supabase Auth. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.
• Portfolio data — the stock holdings, transactions, and watchlist items you add to the app. This is stored on our servers so your data persists across devices.
• Usage data — basic app activity (e.g. screens visited, features used) to help us understand how the app is being used and improve it.
• Device information — device type, OS version, and push notification token (if you enable notifications) for delivering price alerts.

We do not collect your real brokerage account details, real financial transactions, or payment card information. The Signal Challenge uses virtual funds only — no real money is ever involved.

What we don't collect

• We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your personal data with advertisers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• Free tier users see static banner ads served by a third-party ad network. That network may use cookies or identifiers subject to their own privacy policy. Pro users see no ads.

How we use your data

• To operate the app — authenticate you, store your portfolio, deliver AI summaries and signals relevant to your holdings.
• To send push notifications for price alerts you set up (only if you grant permission).
• To improve the app — aggregate, anonymised usage patterns help us prioritise features and fix bugs.
• To process your subscription — if you upgrade to Pro, payments are handled by RevenueCat and Google Play. We do not store payment card details.

Third-party services

interSX uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — authentication and user account management.
• Anthropic Claude API — generates AI summaries and signals. Portfolio data passed to Claude is used only to generate your summary and is not stored by Anthropic for training without consent.
• Yahoo Finance — market data provider. No personal data is shared.
• RevenueCat — subscription management for Pro tier.
• Google Firebase (FCM) — push notification delivery.
• AllInvestView — stock logo images (CDN only, no personal data shared).

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Railway (US West region) and Supabase. We use industry-standard security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@intersx.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws — including data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local regulator. EU and UK users have rights under GDPR. California users have rights under CCPA. We respect these rights regardless of where you are.

Children

interSX is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top and notify users via the app. Continued use of interSX after changes means you accept the updated policy.
