Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your interSX account and all associated data at any time. This page explains what happens when you request account deletion and how to submit your request.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your interSX Pro subscription. Before requesting account deletion, please cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store to avoid future charges.

To cancel: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → interSX Pro → Cancel

Retention period

After receiving your deletion request, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. During this period your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

Some anonymised, aggregated data (not linked to your account) may be retained for analytics purposes.

How to request deletion

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to our support team from the email address associated with your interSX account.
